After moving into my new home, I knew it needed a lot of help but had no idea how to get there. I've been working with Harding Design and Construction for about 6 months now as we go through the plans and permitting process with the city. Although this has been extremely confusing on my end HDC makes this stage of the project very easy going and takes all the pressure off me. Wes has been great about listening to what I was looking for, as well as, working within the budget parameters I had in mind. He's been extremely organized, very responsive, and most importantly, fantastic at helping me narrow down choices. Would absolutely recommend.

I appreciate being able to hand over the design of a project and let Wes and his staff work to make the tangible result functional and beautiful. Wes and his staff are always careful to not let construction get the rest of the house dirty and are always so comfortable and easy to work with.

We have done more than a few projects with Mike and all went over smoothly and the end results are stunning. During each project, Mike was in constant contact every day, and would stop by the house almost every day to chat with me and make sure the work was progressing. When necessary, he obtained the permits from city hall and was here when each inspector came by. There was no downtime for inspections or permits. He listened to my input and the projects turned out just how my wife and I wanted. Every sub-contractor he brought in to do each stage was professional and on-time. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone else needing similar services. In fact, a good friend has hired him to do work at his house, and I've given Mike's contact info to two other friends.

Michael Baum did a kitchen remodel for us about two years ago. It proved to be more of a structural challenge than anyone anticipated, but he and his firm made up for the delay with an alternative plan (extending the roofline to accommodate cabinetry) at cost. He and the office staff kept us updated on any cost overruns and itemized every expense and cost for our review and approval. He was patient and professional throughout the process. I highly recommend Baum Construction. He worked well with my designer and had wonderful subcontractors.

We went from our 1953 closed in kitchen with with an eating area we didn’t use to a beautiful open concept kitchen! We have plenty of cabinet space that utilizes the whole kitchen area. Working with Michael and Chris was very good! They listened to what we wanted and made it happen. We are beyond satisfied with our new open living area, and would recommend Baum Construction to others.
