My wife and I were looking for a new vehicle. We went to another dealership prior and then came upon this one. The staff, Juan, Lexie, Dean & Gianni were super informative and helpful and answered all our questions while we were selecting our vehicle and going through options. They made it easy to get in and out fairly quickly. The store was clean and professional. There was a coffee machine you could use. As the car became ready, they made it clean and detailed with a full tank of gas. I recommend this dealership if you are looking for a Hyundai.

Hands down the best car buying experience of my life. I’ve bought a handful of cars over the years and I have never been as pleased as I was leaving Harbor Hyundai. I had never even sat in a Hyundai until yesterday, and I now I own one! The sales associate Lexi was an absolute dream to work with. She listened, she was attentive and best of all wasn’t pushy. Thanks to her I was able to trade in my car and walk away with a perfect purchase. Dean, one of the managers and Gianni in finance made the process seamless as well- great guys and super informative. The entire experience was pleasant- I didn’t sit around and haggle for hours, I didn’t feel overwhelmed and I walked away with a great car.

I appreciate Jack, the sales person, who is very kind and worked hard to get me a deal on a 2025 Tucson plugin. Jack is highly recommended. I absolutely love the vehicle. It is really nice, much better than the gas version. This is my first plugin vehicle and my second purchase with Jack. I also appreciate Andy, the sales manager, to take the time to explain some areas of confusion on the sales contract. He was very patient with me and explained everything. Next time, Im going to go over every single line on the contract when finalizing the purschase, this way everything will appear clear and concise at the time of purchase. Thankfully, Andy was very helpful in clearing things up.

You will also find staff that is warm and friendly. We worked with Sherri Atkins, the Service Advisor. She arranged for us to have a loaner car, kept us informed re the repairs needed and had our car delivered to us at home when repairs were completed. Thank you all for another great experience.
