Have rented from Brookberry Park for 4.5 years (one bedroom), and am transferring lease to a three bedroom in the complex. Honestly, this has been the best apartment I've ever rented from, and I could not recommend Brookberry Park enough. The office staff is wonderful and super flexible; maintenance team is fast; units are beautiful; and the nearby hiking trail is my favorite amenity offered.
I loved my experience living at Brookberry Park! If I hadn’t relocated due to a promotion I would have stayed here longer. Spacious apartments, beautifully maintained grounds, and friendly staff. Maintenance was always quick to resolve any issues I had. My cat loved the windows too.
