We built a modular home through LGS and we're very satisfied with the process. We chose a floor plan through Nationwide homes, but Larry helped us make several customizations to make our dream home. I think the homebuilding process always has some bumps and delays, but I was very impressed with the communication from LGS about any issues that arose. We never plan to build another home, but I would absolutely recommend LGS for anyone else building in the area.

We’ve been in our home 3 years now. We had a leak that started last week where water was coming thru the soffit. My husband talked to Ashton a couple of days ago and Keldon Smith messaged us last night about coming out today. They came, fixed our issue and even fixed a problem they found that we knew nothing about. The crew at LGS were great to work with during our building process and the quick response to our current need is not something you see very often these days. Thank you Keldon!! Hate we missed seeing y’all today!! I would definitely recommend LGS homes to anyone that is looking to build a new home!! John and Marilyn Lambert.

Even during supply chain issues and rising inflation, LGS was able to provide a quality home at an affordable price. The staff was upfront and honest about every step of the process.
