I have resided at Brandemere many years. Rent never late, report all problems in my building. After three owners, many things keep changing. I am more satisfied than dissatisfied, because maintenance is awesome, and on time. Office staff awesome even though at times I spaz out, because I feel living on a culdesac does not receive the care, as buildings folks drive past. I have requested small things to the building, because to me outside of the building should reflect the community. My building doesn't. I will not get into the negatives, because I have enjoyed living here, and have a awesome relationship with all staff. I am disabled 2 brain aneurysymms, but certain things does not accommodate me. Even though I have ask for small changes for months. Now a pandemic, I know this changes thingd, but I am still required to pay rent on time, dumpster, water,etc. I have nothing bad to say other than , but I am older sicker and have a short fuse of patience. Enjoyed my stay here probably 7 years at least.

Lived here for over a year, Cooper and the office staff were always very nice and helpful. There were very few problems and if there was one, the office and their staff were prompt to fix the issue. Very reasonable price for my 1 bed 1 bath, 700 square feet. Good location north of Winston, located 10/15 minutes from everything. Always keeps residents informed with what’s going on in and around the community with weekly and biweekly newsletters. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Went for a tour at this place and the lady who showed me around was absolutely amazing! She was very knowledgeable and answered all of the questions I had (which was a lot ngl) she was also funny which helped ease my anxiety. Plus her and my aunt have the same name, (Katherine) which dosnt mean anything in terms of the review, but I thought it was cool.

I have lived here a year now and my experience has been great. It was a quick turn around when it came to moving in and anytime I have needed anything Seamus has been there for me and helping to get what I need done. They are always super respectful when walking in the building, what they do for the community by having small get togethers is a ton of fun and enjoyable. This really is a great place to live.

Great place to stay in the Winston Salem area! My wife and I love it here! Great community, amenities, maintenance team, and is in a centralized area. Responsive police department within walking distance, Gas station and plaza as well. Shout out to Kris on the maintenance team always doing an efficient and speedy job. Definitely knows what he is doing. Love it here!.

A very nice property in a great location. Convenient to shopping and many businesses. The maintenance team is excellent, and the office staff is wonderful. We love living here.

BROOKBERRY PARK APARTMENTS REVIEWS

I've lived here for over three years. Overall the experience has been great. I love the safety of the area(especially for women), the beauty of the grounds, and the reasonableness of the rent. The only recommendation of improvement would be for the maintenance staff. My hot water heater was out for a month in July 2024 but they gave me a month of free rent as compensation. Overall great experience.

I loved my experience living at Brookberry Park! If I hadn’t relocated due to a promotion I would have stayed here longer. Spacious apartments, beautifully maintained grounds, and friendly staff. Maintenance was always quick to resolve any issues I had. My cat loved the windows too!.

I absolutely adore Brookberry Park! The apartments are spacious with large balconies. They are one of my favorite communties to work with. Maintenance is top notch. The leasing staff is always friendly and quickly respond to emails.
