This is my second home I’ve chosen CS&Bs for. John is very professional and knowledgeable regarding the products you need. Joel came in and quickly/neatly installed them. Soooo worth it for us not to have to fuss with doing our own install. The hubs and I do not have the skills nor patience for that! I got other quotes from bigger online companies and they couldn’t compete with the selection, customer service or price.

From the start, the schedulers, sales team, and installers at Carolina Shutters have been knowledgeable and patient. We had a lot of questions along the way! These wide shutters allow more light into our home and the split tilt bar gives us privacy in the evening. We are definitely pleased with the upgrade.

Joe and Polo did outstanding work installing our shutters and blinds. They very efficiently installed 12 shutters and 3 blinds in a little over an hour’s time. Cleaned everything up. Very polite, professional and respectful.

Excellent service. Bill repaired my blind while I waited just so I wouldn't have to drive back from High Point to pick up the next day. I kinda felt bad paying what he charged me. VERY reasonable. I would definitely do business with Budget Blinds again.

We are very pleased with both the ordering and installation of our blinds! Also, we were pleasantly surprised with the competitive pricing. This project would have cost much more at Lowe's.

We had Patriot Blinds out to our house to give a quote for installing blinds in our home. Andrea arrived promptly and was such a joy to work with. She honed in on my design aesthetic and picked the perfect blinds for my space. Ordering was done easily on the spot. She quoted a date that the blinds would be available and to my surprise, they were actually installed on that specific date. Brad came to the house to install the blinds on 2 windows. He was terrific and finished within one hour. All in all, you can't go wrong working with Andrea and Brad. They are the best! Highly recommend.

The consultation with Andrea was like talking with someone I’ve known for years. She listened to my needs for the window and showed me options with my budget in mind. The installation with Brad was done quickly and with ease. He explained how to care for my new plantation blinds. I absolutely love them.
