Rick Hill was great to work with at America’s Mattress of Winston-Salem. He was very knowledgeable about the several models on display. We went looking for a mattress to buy and use following our up coming wedding. Overall it was a great experience and the Labor Day sale was currently going on. This allowed us the opportunity to invest in a quality mattress with a great warranty. Highly recommend seeing Rick at America’s Mattress of Winston-Salem.

Rick has always been a wonderful, supportive and informative sales person for the 3 mattresses that we have purchased from him in the past few years. He really listens and understands what we need and want in a mattress. I was not certain that I was going to purchase a mattress that day without my husband’s input, but Rick made it so easy. I told Rick what I really needed and wanted in a mattress, and he quickly showed me some GREAT options. I really needed to get this purchase done and Rick was there for me. Thank you for having such a great sales person at your store as we keep returning to get his help every time we need a mattress.

Danah was very knowledgeable and spent as much time as we wanted. She showed us quite a few models, then helped narrow our choices down. Then she left us to examine the beds and discuss our options on our own. No pressure tactics at all. A very pleasant experience.

Today I purchased a king size TempurPedic Pro Adapt firm mattress and foundation. My experience was perfect in every respect. The salesperson, William Saunders, was professional and friendly. This is the second time I purchased this particular mattress from Mr. Saunders. I will definitely return to him the next time we need to purchase anything related to sleep.

I received a high-quality mattress for much less than the retail price because Mattress Furm extended the black Friday offering to me. I received excellent customer service. They patiently explained any questions I had. For More than one hour, I went back and forth, trying to make a selection. At no time did they try to influence my decision. They were very courteous while I deliberated. I purchased my best choice and I’m so happy. Thank you. Shirley.

Devin was a great help. He deserves the praise because he was knowledgeable, personable, and was straightforward. He answered all my questions and when I asked for a few minutes, he left me and my wife to discuss our options. Great experience and will remember that for the future.

We have never been to Mattress Warehouse before, but decided to go by and just look at the mattresses. Rickey Miller greeted us and we started the process. This young man was very knowledgeable of his products and was patient with us. We found a mattress we both agreed on that was very comfortable. We purchased it, pillows and a cover for the mattress. A very pleasant experience dealing with a knowledgeable sales person.

Purchasing a mattress from Ricky, the manager of Mattress Warehouse in Winston Salem, was exceptionally easy and satisfying. Ricky spent a lot of time with us, on 2 different visits, he was knowledgeable about all the different options available, and we did not feel any pressure to spend more than our budget. In fact he gave us an excellent deal! We highly recommend purchasing a mattress from Ricky at the Mattress Warehouse in Winston.

Rickey was absolutely incredible in his customer service skills! If you want a truly holistic wraparound approach to mattress shopping and the sleep experience, Mattress Warehouse is the place to go! He was so kind and very informative and helped us to find just the right mattress for me and my "prince and the pea" husband! We cannot wait to get exceptional sleep in our new bed.
