I have been needing to get my engagement ring cleaned for quite some time now and Schiffman's told me to come on in. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Staff member Fred helped me try on some very beautiful wedding bands while I was there as well and my favorite part was what a sweet soul he was. He made me feel like we had been friends for a lifetime and gave me zero salesman vibes. Nobody was trying to make a sale , simply help. Thank you Schiffman's for a wonderful experience! Also my ring looks brand new, like I just got it yesterday and I couldn't be happier!

I was shopping for an engagement ring and this place had something to offer. Top tier service, beautiful and SHINY jewelry, classy staff... definitely a great place! The jeweler I saw a few days ago found me quicker than lightening. She was very helpful in showing me options and helping me narrow down the selection. She helped me find a beautiful ring anyone could say no to. I recommend this place!

Absolutely amazing experience working with Windsor! Our jeweler Natalie was absolutely FANTASTIC! She somehow got my vision with what little knowledge I had and helped us pick the most perfect engagement ring for me! There was no pushing and she was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand everything. She was there to help for every step of the way. We will be going back to Windsor for Natalies help when we get our wedding bands!!

The staff is very positive and helpful as well. They do repairs in-house and manage your expectations accordingly. 5 stars and I'd recommend anyone in the market visit here first! I had a great experience here buying some initial pendants for my nieces. Both the owner and employee that I worked with were so kind and helpful. Not to mention the necklaces turned out beautifully- I may need one for me!!! I will certainly be back and I’m glad to say I have found a wonderful store and my go to jewelers!.

Josh helped me find the perfect earrings for my wife for our anniversary! I’d gone to several different stores in Winston Salem and they just didn’t have what I was looking for. Josh looked at photos of the style I wanted, found exactly what I wanted, had it delivered in under 3 business days, and even made it white gold for me for no extra cost. She loved the gift and I will definitely visit them again for gifts in the future. The only jeweler in town willing to spend an hour finding exactly what you need!.
