Butterfield Oaks

The management and maintenance teams exceeded all expectations and made me feel at home from the first moment I stopped by to look for an apartment and through the whole process of signing the contract and moving in. Everything is clean, well maintained, and very homey. I am looking forward to try more amenities and enjoy my life here.

Me and my wife had a great experience for our scheduled tour we had this past weekend. Jana is an amazing leasing consultant and we really appreciate her for giving us the tour and giving us all the required information for leasing. We both are very happy with the hospitality and the interaction we had with Jana. Butterfield oaks is truly an amazing community to live in, the ambience was very nice and we felt very homely.

Everyone at Butterfield Oaks Apartments have been Amazing! They were quick to help us get moved in from across the country! Jon was amazing & helped make the process so easy. Our unit is great & we are very excited to be living here.
