I’ve been living here for 4 years & love my apartment and the community! The units are beautiful with granite countertops and nice wood floors. The pool and gym are never too busy either which is so nice. I’ve never had an issue with maintenance, they will come the same day you send a request! Only thing I wish there was more of was parking, I’ve resorted to parking in guest parking nightly because the parking lot fills up fast. I love living here & love that I’m able to walk to a grocery store or brewery if I choose to! I honestly never thought I would live in an apartment as long as I have but M station is literally a dream. 5

Mikea and the entire staff at M Station are super helpful, fast to respond, and genuinely kind every time we speak. While our particular apartment is loud (faces the fire station), the staff and the quality of the apartments make it 5 stars for me. I wish I could remember the names of the gentlemen who have come to do quick, efficient repairs to personally thank them for their work as well. I've never had such a good experience with apartment staff until we came here. Thank you Mikea & team!

I've been staying here for a over 2 weeks while my house is being restored from a fire. It's a NICE PLACE but parking is a little limited. That's possibly a problem for MOST APARTMENTS. I used to a HOUSE with very close parking for 4 vehicles and I have 2 for now. I'm not used to walking that far after parking my car where I'm staying. My car is the red 2002 Ford Focus with a black fender and front end. I'm 70 years old and HAULING groceries and anything weighty is a little taxing for me, I'm a little handicapped.
