The maintenance service at Ninth Square has been the quickest service I've ever had. We moved in yesterday and faced issues with the garbage disposal. Marvin and Jason immediately responded to our maintenance request in less than an hour and immediately fixed the garbage disposal. They were super friendly and communicated with us very well.
I am a former resident and I loved living @ Ninth Square Apartments. It’s a great location. Their management is extremely friendly and helpful. The maintenance worker Dave is the absolute best. He is kind, respectful, and all around helpful. He is truly great at his job. I recommend this property to anyone in the New Haven area. I felt cool as hell living here.
My couch almost didn’t fit into the apartment because it’s enormous (8 feet long queen size sleeper sofa) and they were happy to help! They took the door off and eased it into the apartment! I thought I was going to have to put it in storage. They put the door back - very professional and helpful!
