I moved into Westville Village Apartments 7 months ago and have had a really great experience. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed to be comfortable. It is very quiet. The staff is super helpful and goes above and beyond. They respond quickly and do everything to make sure things are working. I have odd working hours and I always feel safe in the building and in the parking areas. My dog is also happy to be here. There are many spaces to walk the dog on the grounds and in the neighborhood.
The leasing staff was extremely helpful during our time at Westville, and we really enjoyed our apartment. The apartments are very nice and spacious, and can easily be made into a home! If we needed to move back to that area again we will definitely be looking at Westville!
I lived here for two years. The office management are stellar. Anytime I had a problem they fix it really quick. They were also so nice to my dog and gave him treats whenever we stopped by. The apartments have some nice updated features that make it stand out from others in New Haven.
