The experience of renting has been simple and pleasant. I completed everything online and the leasing agent, Nio, was responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The thermostat was broken when we viewed the apartment, but was fixed right away. the apartment was clean and ready for living. Everything worked properly. The complex as a whole has a lot to offer in the way of convenience.
I loved living at park at voss! In my experience I never had a problem with neighbors or the apartment itself. Whenever something did happen they were always quick to let the tenants know through email. Very affordable and the staff is straight to the point and helpful.
I went to see an apartment today and was quite pleased. For the price. The interior is beautiful. Sondra Collins showed me around. She was warm and welcoming. Very informative I will likely lease.
