Rockwood Shutters have quality shutters at a fair price with a professional staff . Sherre came out to measure and she was personable, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. She answered all my questions and had great suggestions. She was quick to respond and communicate via email, text, or phone. Pavel (Paul) was our installer and he did amazing quality work. He was friendly, precise, prompt, neat, and very professional. We had many companies in for plantation shutter estimates and we are happy we chose Rockwood. The shutters are high quality, well made, and beautiful and the staff is exceptional. Their knowledge, expertise, reliability, and friendliness made them all a pleasure to work with. Thank you.

Absolutely the best company I’ve ever dealt with the installation person. Dennis was the most professional attentive to detail hard worker. I highly recommend him. He is an asset to the company and I highly recommend the company as well. I am a return customer. I love their work. They’re competitive pricing And their a tentativeness to getting the job done in a timely manner.

I am very pleased with my shutters. They look wonderful with my decor. I originally had Shades but they did not afford me much privacy from a street view. I now enjoy the Privacy I desire. The shutters were installed over the shades and can be open to reveal the shades which means I can have my privacy with the shutters and also enjoy the filtered light that I originally like with the shades. The installer was courteous professional and did a wonderful job.

I love, love, love my new motorized shades! They look amazing and I have nothing but good things to say about Stoneside! From start to finish, my experience was fantastic! Jason was so professional and helpful when selecting shades for 15 windows in my home. His expertise at interior design was invaluable. He assured me that the fabric we picked for the shades would work perfectly in my home and he was so right! He was very patient and understanding with me as I do not make decisions easily and made several trips to my house, over an hour’s drive for him, to bring samples and make sure I was comfortable with my choices. Now, for the install. The shades were manufactured, shipped, and ready for installation in just a few short weeks and Brandon did a top notch professional installation! He was so polite and extremely clean, careful, and efficient! Jason and Brandon made this project pleasant and enjoyable! I will not hesitate to use Stoneside again in the future.

Our experience with Stoneside was fantastic from start to finish! Jason was extremely knowledgeable and professional, listened to and understood our desires and wants and made great suggestions for us to order. Justin was our installer and too was excellent and did an excellent job with our installation of all blinds! He too was extremely professional, respectful, took great care of the product and was very informative of the care for and operation of remote. We would highly recommend them and will be using them again if needed. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Every step of the way professionals from the measurements, to the scheduling, to the install, through the cleanup. I used the in Boise Idaho and was super happy with the work Sunburst did there. I used them here because they were the least expensive and because I was happy in Boise. No disappointments at all. Highly recommend you use them.

ve been amazing from start to finish. Their pricing is great and customer service is even better. We were kept updated the whole process and were delivered and installed when they said they would be! Scott and Cory did an amazing job installing them and cleaned up after they were finished. We will definitely use them again when we are ready to a few more windows in our home.
