In my recent experience closing on a new build, which was exactly one week ago, the builders have demonstrated commendable responsiveness and attention to detail. Their consistent communication regarding minor adjustments and their willingness to address my concerns promptly reflect a commitment to customer satisfaction. Upon inspection, both the exterior and interior of the home exhibit excellent craftsmanship, with the exception of the minor details I mentioned needing adjustments, which they promptly revolved, contributing to my overall satisfaction with the property. Their proactive approach in ensuring my contentment as a new homeowner has not gone unnoticed. While it's premature to provide a comprehensive assessment, I anticipate providing further feedback following my one-year walkthrough. However, based on my current interactions and the condition of the home, I am inclined to rate them five stars for their exceptional service and my experience living in the home so far. Editing this to add Pietro and Carlos’ names to the review. They have gone above and beyond to ensure I have a good start in my new home.

I had a wonderful experience with my home buying process! Casey and Josh were extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Everything was quite organized and the home building process stayed on schedule. My realtor, Tenneisha Brown, was AMAZING! I felt really catered to throughout the process and her wealth of knowledge made me feel like she was a CitySide specialist sent just for me! She connected me with a wonderful lender, Kyle, and title company Texas American Title. My home is beautiful and I’m so happy to be living in it!

I bought a new home and the workmanship, design, quality and the overall experience was excellent. Casey, my new home representative and Bobby, my construction manager were an absolute pleasure to work with! They were both super professional, nice and extremely knowledgeable! If/when I but another home, I will absolutely have CitySide Homes at the top of my list!

It is with great enthusiasm that we endorse Alleanza Custom Homes, Shawn Sidoti and his team. After our home was flooded by hurricane Harvey in August of 2017, we found ourselves in immediate need of major repairs and renovations. In the midst of labor shortages and home builder pricing skyrocketing, Shawn proved to be the calm in the eye of the storm, presenting a clear path to recovery and at a very fair price. It was quickly obvious that he absolutely knows his trade, which we also confirmed directly with prior clients. And of utmost importance, Shawn’s integrity, communication and follow-through was vastly superior to any other builder we have dealt with in the past 30 years. As with all fast-track projects, multiple design changes and construction change orders come with the territory. And these are the homeowner’s biggest fear. In every instance, Shawn provided valuable analysis, alternative solutions, sensitivity to budget and sound counsel on the optimal solution. As a result, we fully understood the options and pricing needs. At no time did we ever feel we we’re being taken advantage of nor our trust abused. In short, we would hire Shawn again in heartbeat. To that end, we are already doing so for upstairs renovations. We readily refer Shawn to our friends and neighbors without hesitation.

A unique blend of knowledge, professionalism, and customer focus makes Alleanza Custom Homes a perfect partner for building a home. I was very impressed by Shawn and his teams' grace under pressure, the creativity for finding alternative solutions to complex problems, and the drive to contain costs as much as possible. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Alleanza remodeled our home in 2022/2023 and although living through a remodel is never easy, Shawn was always honest, kind, and willing to fix any mistakes that arose. We are in love with our new home!.
