BRITISH ISLES REVIEWS

This is the closest I'll ever be to the UK. British Isles is a cute gift shop operated in Houston that imports all their products from the UK. The groceries were quintessentially British...numerous flavors of tea, meat pies and digestives. They have a fabulous collection of items under Guinness, Wedgewood and various toiletries with scents like no other. Who knew smelling like gin and tonic could be so fresh? Tea time anyone? Should he be there, say hello to Mr. Guy. Him and his lovely staff are there to help should you have any questions.

Best shop in all of Houston! The most delicious snacks from Britain, friendly and helpful owner and workers, a great atmosphere, and wonderful gifts. From chocolates to crisps, to gummies and sodas they have anything you could think of! And anyone you could need a gift for, you can find something here. They have lots of mugs, fragrances, and even gifts for children and babies! Many famous British brands throughout. Highly recommend

Great store, full of interesting things! Found some great items to take home to my kids and husband that they absolutely loved, and some unique jewelry for myself. If I lived in Houston this would be my go-to store for gifts; there was something for everyone. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff too, and I love that they are supporting local artists and craftspeople.

Me and my 3 friends visited the pop up store in memorial city mall and it was an amazing experience the atmosphere was super mello staff was super friendly and helpful and me and my friends kept getting distracted by all the gorgeous art and jewelry. We rate the pop up a 10/10 and are planning on visiting the actual store very very soon.

Love this store! They have a wonderful selection of gifts for yourself or others. Goods include jewelry, candles and bath, pottery, cards, baby, stickers, art and much more. This is also a great spot to bring out of town guests for quality, locally made Houston or Texas mementoes. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service. Lady at the cashier was very friendly and helpful. I live here in Houston but I'm going to visit some friends out of state and wanted to get them gifts from here and saw the great ratings of this place. The ratings proved right and it was worth the drive for me because I found all kinds of goodies to bring to my friends! Would definitely recommend.

Gifts of Texas is an excellent shop with a fantastic selection of unique items that truly capture the spirit of the Lone Star State. Their customer service is top-notch, and they go above and beyond to ensure a great shopping experience. I was particularly impressed by their support for first responders and military personnel, offering discounts to those eligible with a valid ID. It’s wonderful to see a business that values and honors those who serve. Highly recommend checking them out.

Stopped by the shop for the third time to acquire some additional gifts to take home for our friends. The owner was very gracious and helpful. There is a great selection of gifts for any age. I would highly recommend these two shops. We visited both and had the same pleasant experience at each.
