Zachariah was an amazing service consultant! He made our time in the store pleasant, humorous and most of all, got us what we needed. Thanks again, Exclusive Furniture! As requested, we came in looking for a bedroom set and living room furniture, a fairly tall order, and Zachariah walked us through everything on the floor with a light, jovial way that was simply the best possible presentation. When we explained exactly what we were looking for, Zachariah tirelessly showed us models, encouraging us to try every model of we have to, in order to find what we want. When we finally decided on a bedroom set, for the rest of the time we were in the store we were hands off: one form and relax, Zachariah, Ed, and all of the staff at Exclusive handled everything, explained expertly, and never once pushed for a sale we didn't want. The candor of the associates, the professionalism of the entire staff, and the atmosphere of service in the store will be the driving factors in choosing Exclusive Furniture first.

So first of all, when I walked into the store, I came in looking for a particular couch and was sadly disappointed that they did not carry that brand at this particular location. I was eagerly ready to walk out until a nice sales person turned the entire trip around. I was greeted warmly, offered a margarita,and shown several different options around the store. Although I did not purchase the couch that I came intentionally to purchase, I did leave with a plush and luxurious king-sized mattress. The sales team included, Craig, Micheal, and Arturo, however, ask for Craig and he will take care of you.

Mr. Craig was so professional he walked around this whole store for my mama and she just came for a sectional, but she came out of exclusive furniture with four piece entertainment center and a La-Z-Boy. He was so patient he did not pressure. Oh and the margaritas are amazing.

I really enjoyed working with my sales agent, Natasha, on finding and purchasing a new bed. She was very helpful throughout the process in answering all my questions so I could come to a finalized decision. I really appreciated that she put in a lot of effort to try to help me make my purchase online, so that I don’t have to drive to the store, because it’s a bit of a commute from my home. She was patient with me as I encountered technical difficulties in finalizing my purchase online. I did end up deciding to just finalize my purchase in store and she was great at communicating to me her availability so that she could further assist me once I arrived in store. I’m very happy with my purchase and the experience.
