This was my first time purchasing a vehicle through an internet sales department, and I have to say it was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress free, and exceeded my expectations. Joshua, Rohan, and Elmer were all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I submitted an online inquiry, and Joshua reached out almost immediately. I shared that I was shopping for my daughter’s very first car and wanted to surprise her. He was genuinely excited for us and even offered to provide one of the big bows for the reveal, which was such a thoughtful touch that made the experience even more special. The gentleman who delivered the vehicle, I believe his name was Neck (I apologize if I’m spelling it incorrectly), was also fantastic. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer our questions and make sure everything was perfect before I drove off. The customer service from everyone involved was outstanding. At no point did I feel pressured, and the entire team made the buying process easy and enjoyable.
