It shouldn't be a surprise to get amazing customer service, but now a days, it's rare so when I see it, I make a point to acknowledge it. Cubbage Collision was exceptional from start to finish. My car was damaged in an accident, so having to get my car repaired was not something I wanted to deal with at all. When I called, Brooke was so kind and set everything up for me to bring in my car the next day. When I arrived, It was a quick process. I dropped off my car and Jio with Enterprise picked me up. No wait time, no delay. I had gone early so I wouldn't be late to work and I got to work early. Cubbage Collision texted me regular updates about the progress, and my car was ready the day they said it would be ready. Go figure! When I went to pick it up, it was clean and ready to go. Abel reviewed with me everything they had done and my car was beautiful. I was able to leave the rental car there and I was on my way within a few minutes. What I had expected to be a difficult, frustrating process was a pleasant experience with the nicest of people. They restored my confidence in "customer service"! Great customer service at Doggett Collision Center on Almeda. I originally chose this place because they work closely with the Mazda dealership down the street. I was helped by both Vadario (Derek) and Bianca on two separate occasions. They went above and beyond and I recommend them both. For one of my repairs, my insurance required me to get an estimate from another collision center down the street (Central Collision Center at Nissan), which overestimated the cost by about $3,000. In contrast, Doggett Collision Center’s estimates were accurate and matched closely with the actual repair costs. Everyone there was kind and professional, making it easy to drop off and pick up my car. They were very accommodating, and I was fully satisfied with the work done on my Mazda. I recommend this establishment to all needing body work

A larger-than normal lane divider on Main in the TMC ripped the lower trim off one side of my car. At Doggett Collision Center, Vadario stayed a bit late to get my estimate and the paperwork to start the process. A few days later, it was all fixed in less than 90 minutes at a lower cost than the initial estimate. All staff were friendly, efficient, and got the job done.
