Great and spacious apartment. Management Rachel and Jas is very friendly and helpful. On site maintenance helps get things done when you need it. Great location for fun, events and shopping. Highly recommend!!!.

Hands down the best Hanover property in Houston (and I’ve lived in a few, so I say this with experience). The level of service here is unmatched. Elyssa was my leasing agent and extremely helpful ironing out details for my lease, and very kind. The valet Amin always has a positive attitude and smile on his face even early in the morning! Honestly all of the valet guys are so kind and helpful. Always open the doors, help unloading, etc. The concierge Nooreddin & Raed are very helpful too. They’ve assisted me with packages, moving, etc and always have a respectful tone. The units and amenities are top notch which truly makes the price tag worth it. Overall so happy with my decision to live here!.

Toured Hanover Blvd Place while scouting options closer to my office. First impression Impeccable. The lobby is gorgeous, and the units feel more like upscale condos than rentals. The fitness center was a huge selling point. Nico was extremely professional and answered every logistical question I had — I left feeling like I had all the info I needed.

Out of all the luxury apartments I’ve toured, Hanover Blvd Place had the best interior design by far. Everything from the materials to the color palette is modern but warm. The kitchens are stunning. I was also impressed by the flow of the amenity spaces. Nico guided me through everything without rushing his attention to detail mirrors the building’s own.
