The Arbors at Baltimore Crossroads

As a vendor to Arbors at Baltimore Crossroads, it is obvious why it is one of the best apartments in the Baltimore area. The building is meticulously maintained by the maintenance manager, Scott, and his assistant Vinroy. They and their crew are attentive to the property, inside and out. It’s a beautiful building with wonderful amenities. The office is always teeming with jovial staff members, lead by the property manager, Michele, and her assistant, Deanna. I’ve never been to the property without feeling welcomed. Honestly, they even make me feel like a small part of their successful team. It’s been a long time since I’ve lived the apartment life, but this is definitely one place I would be proud and fortunate to call home. If you’re looking in the area for a new place to call your home, stop in at Arbors to meet the staff and you’ll realize why this community is the place to live.

My husband and I stayed in Arbors for 2 years and it's been an amazing place for us to settle in before we moved into our new home. Both management and facility team are wonderful, they are very quick to respond to any matters you have. I never had a single maintenance problem with our unit which truly was a blessing! We had a very minor ant issue during the summer despite we lived on the 2nd floor. Arbors provides great amenities as well! We enjoyed various food trucks that come in almost every week and their cute little events they held every month or so! We definitely felt very cared by the staff members at Arbors.

This place is awesome, the residents are friendly, and courteous. The office staff is out of this world in the way they take care of the residents, and the maintenance crew is top notch, and very prompt to respond to your request. This place makes you feel at home.
