Union Wharf Apartments

So far my stay has been stellar! Freshly moved in for a few weeks and I'm really happy in my new space. An absolute highlight has been the fabulous maintenance crew Steve, Chris, William! They have been absolutely wonderful ensuring my unit has everything I need, they are warm, caring, knowledgable and committed to doing the job RIGHT. They have been so kind, respectful, personable, followed COVID protocols, and have just been really careful - ensuring I feel safe while getting any necessary fixes. Thank you maintenance crew - I'm a big fan! Gratitude to the reception desk and security staff for all of their hours at the desk and are so pleasant, attentive, and helpful. And I was happy with the leasing team, especially Nick, who helped answer all my questions and needs, and helped me know this was the right place for me. The building is beautiful, the location on the water is one of Baltimore's best, and though I have the "running of the bulls" upstairs from time to time with the kids that live above me, honestly, my balcony, view, location, and committed team of the building make this place a wonderful place to live, the right place for me, and the warmth of the staff here makes this place a real home!!

Absolutely have loved working with Kameron -- she is so on top of it and makes it all look so effortless! It's been a hard transition for me, and she has done everything she can to help me through the process. She's made me feel so much more at ease, and I'm so glad I've found such a wonderful agent to work with, who communicates quickly and clearly, answers all my questions, and most importantly, is someone who I can trust and rely on.

Just moved here in June. So far has been a great experience. Wonderful amenities, clean, and they even have monthly events that are fun. Maintenance is quick and responsive. Overall I feel very safe here and am very happy with the location and building services.
