The Fitzgerald at UB Midtown

I lived at the Fitzgerald for 2.5 years, and I loved it! The building is excellently managed. The staff all remembered our names--which is surprising given how many people live there! The building was always clean, maintenance requests always promptly responded to. The pool is awesome. The location is very convenient, especially for couples who may have a partner who works in Baltimore and a partner who works in DC. Even upon moving out, the building has gone out of its way to ensure the process is smooth and not trying to squeeze every penny possible from us. Also, LaCara is the best concierge ever! Thank you guys for a great few years!!

Convenient location in the city and in a nice neighborhood too. The gym is the highlight of this community, it's modern and well maintained - and my go to amenity space. I love that it's open 24hrs with secured entry, which makes me feel safe to know that only residents can have access, since the gym is in a public vestibule area. Staff is great, especially the front desk people. Specifically, LaCara - who is always cheerful and greets me whenever she sees me!!

I moved here in April and I can say this was the most stress free move ever. The staff was and has been patient effective and understanding. They have always assisted when I needed. Maintenance has been very attentive and punctual…. I love it here…..The PM and staff have made this the easiest and most comfortable place to live.
