The Brix at Midtown Apartments

Wonderful community but even better service from the front office to maintenance/facilities. In particular, Euri as one of the maintenance/facilities staff is absolutely outstanding in terms of professionalism, timeliness and just and outright ability to perform and complete work at the highest of levels. Have been a tenant since it opened and really enjoy living here given location, amenities and service. Major kudos to Alycia in the front office too for being so friendly and helpful.

The Brix is an amazing place to live. In a way, it feels like a nice resort. Ashley and Alycia are so amazing and are doing great job.

Wonderful experience thus far! Lived here before I bought my house, and loved it so much! Clean, new, nice!! The move in process was easy and stress free. Location is perfect- close to everything. I can’t say enough great things!!
