Westminster Lofts

We lived in the Smith Building for two years and it was great. We had no issues with loud tenants and the building staff were always helpful and prompt when we had issues. We loved our time living here!

Westminister Lofts has been an absolutely incredible living experience while living downtown. Beautiful newly renovated apartments within walking distance of all you need. I love living here.

I have lived in many cities and various types of apartment buildings, and I have to say that the Westminster Lofts (specifically the Peerless) is one of the best. The buildings are kept immaculate, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the rent is reasonable. Strongly recommend.
