OMNI PROVIDENCE HOTEL REVIEWS
Such a beautiful hotel. The staff was so professional and welcoming. After a long day, I checked in late, and water and fruit was waiting for me. The hotel restaurant was delicious and the bartender--pony tail, Rhode Island accent--was really cool and welcoming. The food, a chickpea vegan, was amazing. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Downtown Providence.
I was in town for one night for a celebration. Shared it with the staff at check in. They were so kind and sent a small item and note up to the room. A truly lovely surprise. The rooms are great, as are the bathroom toiletries.
This hotel was beautiful! I wish I took pictures. The room was a king size bed, sitting area and the bathroom had a shower and a bathtub on the opposite side of the room. If we have to go back to Providence we will be staying here again.

GRADUATE PROVIDENCE REVIEWS
I loved this hotel! The location is perfect. The interior design is a stunning throwback to the 1920s with a modern twist. Our suite was one of the nicest hotel rooms I've been in in recent memory and the service was fantastic. Parking is off site but everything else was on point. Stay at the graduate and you won't be disappointed!
I stayed here for business as an alternative to a generic hotel closer to Boston. It was an excellent choice as the staff were very friendly, price was better than the chain hotels, and the art and decor excellent! Clean, very well done, with photography, interior design and architecture, all applied in this great atmosphere. The location is central and cannot beat it for anything the Providence has to offer in walking distance. I will return.
I LOVED LOVED LOVED this hotel!!!! Formerly the Biltmore, the Graduate did not disappoint! The hotel reminded me of American Horror Story "Hotel" and it looked eerily similar. Nothing scary about it at all.

PROVIDENCE MARRIOTT DOWNTOWN REVIEWS
The staff at this Marriott was exceptional! As a well seasoned traveler (3 million plus miles in the air and years of hotel nights) I notice attitudes and moods of employees. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping, maintenance and restaurant crews, this group worked like a well oiled machine. Everyone greeted me with a smile, went out of their way to chat and check on my stay, and otherwise made me feel at home. Kudos to the management staff who have clearly instilled a positive culture among the employees, who always were busy with some task, but never so engrossed that they couldn’t check on our experience. Food was excellent as well! Well done!
One of the nicest Marriott properties I have stayed at during my travels. The rooms were very nice and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive to requests. The M Club was nice and had a great coffee machine along with drinks and snacks. Above all else, the breakfast buffet was by far the best I have seen at a hotel outside of the ones in Asia. Great selection, great food and wonderful hospitality.
We visit this hotel annually, recently visited on July 1st. I love the renovations & cleanliness of this hotel. Aside from the club lounge access, we love the pool & comfortable beds. There aren’t any complaints from me on this hotel. Will return again next year!
