We stayed at the hotel while on brief business in Providence. What an excellent hotel this is. I understand that the hotel is newly renovated and it shows. Our room was excellent and extremely well maintained. Both desk personnel and the other staff -- including the valet staff -- were attentive and friendly. Easy access to most of downtown and next a large mall and the convention center. Room was quiet. The only slide downside was that the hotel restaurant's breakfast while good but a bit price

My daughter and I stayed there at the weekend for a cheer competition. It was conveniently located to the convention center and we were very happy with our stay. Everything was wonderful as well as the exceptional service from the employees. Everyone was friendly and extremely helpful! I would stay again!

This place is beautiful and in the heart of downtown Providence. The hotel is immaculate and the was spacious, comfortable, very well designed and clean. One of the nicest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in.
