OMNI PROVIDENCE HOTEL REVIEWS

Great location with direct access to the Providence Place Mall and downtown attractions. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the service is professional and courteous. Stayed last week for a business trip and would definitely turn.

Prime location. Great service. Solid rooms. In town for a gym meet at the convention center. Location is beyond perfect. It’s a short catwalk to the convention center or the mall. The train station (if you fly from Boston) and great local neighborhoods (like the Italian district and the college setting around Brown) are all very walkable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms are very clean and well designed. Bath amenities are premium. The staff is very polite and respectful. Room service is on time. When you check in they open a text chat with you and you can put in any service request that you may have in there.

We stayed here for an anniversary trip and had a lovely stay. The hotel was gorgeous and thoughtfully decorated. The location was great and an easy walk to other destinations. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved getting to borrow the hotel bikes for a ride on the East Bay Bike Path. We would definitely stay here again.

What a lovely hotel. Can’t believe that we were staying in a hundred-year building. I got a corner suite and really enjoyed the decorations in the room and the amazing view of the city. The staffs were friendly and helped a lot. The only complaint I have is the bathtub could be maintained better. Will definitely come back.

We recently stayed at the Graduate by Hilton Hotel in Providence, Rhode Island for 5 nights and had a great stay! The hotel was so elegant and upscale. The staff at the front desk were so nice and friendly! Piper and Angelica went above and beyond to make sure we had a nice stay! I highly recommend this hotel.

PROVIDENCE MARRIOTT DOWNTOWN REVIEWS

My partner and I did a weekend of eating and exploring Providence March 22-24 (Sat-Mon) and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had some plumbing issues in the first room, but the friendly and professional guest services crew quickly resolved that for us in the best way possible. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to popular restaurants and shopping within a reasonable radius. (I did think parking was a little expensive for what it was). The highlight of our stay was definitely the hotel bar and restaurant Bluefin Grille. Our bartender Patrice was so professional, attentive and fun! She provided a wealth of information and ideas for fun and delicious places to visit. We’ll definitely be back to see her.

Great location for visiting Providence. I stay often for business and sometimes extend to include the weekend with my wife to experience Providence and the outdoor pool that is awesome. All staff are friendly and accommodating. I stay about 100 nights a year and seldom have a complaint. If some is not right the staff always make it right.

Wonderful hotel! Parking is expensive at 32 dollars per day but the hotel is remodeled and very good. Everything is very clean and very fancy. They have a concierge lounge along with a big breakfast spread and omlette station.
