We ordered a new bathroom window, two kitchen windows and a bay window. They told us they would arrive between 8 and 9 AM, and arrived shortly after 8 AM. Each window had its own crew to do the installation and the team worked together very well and efficiently. They were like a well oiled machine and finished the total job in under four hours. They even left the area cleaner than how they found it before installation. Each crew member was very respectful and polite, and I would 100% hire them again to do future window installations should we require it in our home. I truly believe that anyone who wants to hire them for work on their own home can rest assured that they will receive wonderful service and great products.

Had a great experience with Window Source RI. They replaced 4 windows in my home and were professional, clean, and respectful throughout the process. It did take a while from the initial consultation to the actual installation, but if you’re not in a rush, the quality of the work makes it worth the wait. Steve, Andrew, and Rich were so fast and clean when doing the install! We were told that this is the third door installed here, so unsure what surprises could arise. Thankfully, nothing major was found so they got rid of all of the old DIY work and explained everything to us along the way. Super appreciative!

Highly recommend. Window world replaced seven windows in my home. They did a mix of new construction and replacement at my request. The sales people, Dan Mello and Kris Dwyer, were not pushy at all. Dan was very clear about explaining how the windows would work look and function and create efficiency. Kris came up with a creative solution for my kitchen window, to drop it from two casement windows to one big one, which looks much nicer than a straight replacement and saved me money. The installers were professional, efficient, and cleaned up after their work. I liked that they had straightforward pricing, and that the business is woman-owned. (Which is probably why they have straightforward pricing). I will use them again for sure when I do more windows.

Worked with window word for my first home project back in October. Loved them so much that I wanted to finish the rest of my window projects with them.
