Tony was great! Super quick to response when I called needing assistance. He was on-time and even gave a 15 min heads up call he was on his way. He was very kind and with my dogs too! He was able to help me in less than 5 minutes also! Great service thank you!.

NE Security Safe and Lock provided me with timely, professional, friendly service from the phone call to the opening of my door. Eric arrived, was polite, very experienced at his job and took pride in the service he provided. This company is not out to gouge the individual customer. They seem like the kind of business that wants to keep a satisfied customer base for years. I would reccommend them immediately and call on their service again if needed.

We were stuck for days in RI without a key. We had a tow company and another locksmith try to program a new key for my Ford truck and neither could do it. Joe came quickly and was able to make a key without any issues. They’re right when they say any make or model! I can’t recommend them enough.

Their technician was fast and courteous. Both keys worked and I would use them again if need be. And a good price. Thank you, Northeastern.

Made it to the location working 30 minutes on Christmas Day and waited for our folks to arrive. Prompt repair was made and got us back up and running for a reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend reaching out with any locksmith needs!.

I lost my car key. I called the Anderson company, the technician arrived fast and even earlier than expected. This technician was very polite and profecional, oppened the car door, made the new keys and even gave me a discount as I am a student. I would highly recomend their services, the technitian knew what he was doing and finished the job in a reasonable time.

Very skilled and helpful. Eli was able to install a lock on a difficult door and also help with a problem over the phone. Highly recommend.
