In that amount of time I went from almost freaking out to feeling at ease. I couldn’t be happier with the communication, the work done, the time invested in educating me about my system, and the pricing. Steven was so nice, he answered all of my questions thoroughly. Michael gave me a very reasonable price. The team that hooked me up to the town sewer system was great. Very polite, professional, answered all of my questions. What really impressed me was their attention to detail. They make every effort to make sure everything is put back the way they found it from the special hangers on my yard fence to the plastic borders around my rock garden. Alex and Mareen do excellent work from digging to assembling pipe to cutting and patching cement. I am very happy with my hook up. Michael is a great guy to deal with. Thank you Guys. Gino.

Michael Perry & Sons Septic Service is a top notch company. I needed a new water line installed. It was not simple and needed coordination of suppliers, city permits and approvals and other details. From Michael himself to Sue the Office manager as well as the team in the field; these people were fair, very responsive and always went the extra distance. They are well respected by all of the local businesses and authorities so are able to coordinate resources, get things done and solve any problem. They restored all areas that were excavated beautifully. This company takes pride in their work and values their customer.

We had a full septic last night backing up into the house. Called after 10pm for an emergency pump, Susan on the phone was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Within a short time she had someone out here to pump our tank. Kevin was great, good attitude and got the job done despite the cold and late time at night. We have been using Scituate Portable for years. They are very responsive, do everything they can to make sure their clients are taken care of from a service perspective, and all at a price point that is beyond reasonable. We would highly recommend them.

Billy did our inspection and he was great! This guy knows his $h!t - yes I did that on purpose :) He was punctual, professional, and went out of his way to explain everything to us. They don't do installations so there is no bias when he does inspections. Highly recommend and will use again when needed! Thanks.

These guys are so good. They were booked about 4 days out. I explained I have a big family and all of my toilets are plugged and my sink is gurgling. She fit me in " as soon as possible" which was supposed to be next day but ended up being later that day. Kyle was courteous and knowledgable and gave me a bunch of pointers. Wouldn't hesitate to do business with these folks again.
