One year resident and absolutely nothing negative to say about the property or the management team. The buildings, and grounds are extremely well maintained, the apartments and common areas were well thought out and maintain much of the original mill components. The exposed brick walls, floor to ceiling windows barrel ceilings and all the features you expect in a high end luxury loft. I highly recommend stopping in for a tour and talk with one of the members from the management team. They are all knowledgeable and are an active part of the community.

Awesome facility & staff! We moved our daughter into Halstead 2 years ago. On move in day we discovered there was only a shower in the apartment. Since our daughter has an issue & needs a bathtub the management quickly changed her unit to accommodate her. From that point forward the management staff has done nothing but be friendly & helpful with all issues of our tenancy. Even with a disastrous boiler failure, they helped us to find other housing for a few days. This event was not the fault of management but they certainly stood up to the challenge of helping, still with kindness & little to no attitude though they were certainly stressed out trying to help so many. The property & facilities are well taken care of. The 'Latch' security system on each unit door is extremely comforting. Repairs were always accomplished in a timely manner. The pool is awesome & having a main entrance greeter is comforting. I could not imagine a better facility in town!.

I went to visit the apartment complex last weekend for potentially moving there. Jordan was wonderful walking me around and helping me in navigate the selection and application process. Jordan answered all my question in a very professional yet friendly matter, which made me even more certain to wanting to move in. I have completed the application process (which is also easy and user friendly), and looking forward to become a resident at Halstead.

I have been living in this building for almost 14 years, and in my humble opinion it is one of the best places to live in Providence. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. They always respond to any requests or issues promptly and efficiently. The building is well-maintained, clean, and secure, and bonus the amenities like the gym and laundry room are conveniently located in the building, including indoor/outdoor parking. The location is close to downtown shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The neighbors are respectful, courteous, and sociable. I have made many friends here over the years and I feel like I am part of a community. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable living experience. What makes Beneficent House stand out is the incredible staff. The administrative staff in the front office are wonderful to work with and care so much about the residents and their well-being. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond to complete work orders in a very timely manner and ensure the work is done to the satisfaction of the resident. They are all courteous, friendly, respectful and trustworthy making residents feel very safe here.

My experiences at BH have mostly been excellent and exceptional. From the most professional office staff to the very capable maintenance personnel assisting and resolving issues quickly and competently. A excellent experience all around.
