Went to purchase an quality mattress and that's what my husband and I got and more. Working with a small budget we were able to get a good quality queen sized mattress, free delivery and included with the mattress on sale - a queen sized remote control base! My salesman Jacob was very knowledgeable and once he knew what the budget was, he really helped us find the best bed for us! Thanks Jacob and thanks to Mattress Firms for having quality merchandise and accommodating our needs! I would 100% recommend MattressFirm to anyone in the market for bedding.

My husband and I went into the store on Friday and were so undecided and discouraged after we had to unexpectedly return the previous mattress. I was met with the store manager Anthony and expressed my frustration to him and he kindly listened. His expertise and willingness to help was unmatched. He made the experience 1000 times better for us and found us a mattress that was better than anything we expected and had it delivered Sunday. He was very responsive even after the sale and answered all of our questions. He is really great at what he does and would love to work with him again in the future. If you get him you’re definitely lucky.

Nancy at the University store was amazing! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to find the best product for my needs. She went above and beyond to find me the best deal as well. I could tell she loves her job and works hard to make sure her customers are satisfied. I've also bought mattresses at this location before and I always feel I get a great product at a great price.

Came in today for a mattress for our spare bedroom, COVID has made me seek out local businesses lately. New to the area and passing by every day I took a shot. Bill the owner; more that hit the mark, informative and helpful without any pressure. Made my purchase and had it in my home in about an hour. Great service, great job. Shop local and here when you need to you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Bill.

This month was my second time going to Mattress Express. I had a really smooth experience with them last time, several years ago, buying a mattress for my son. This time, we went in for an upgrade, and Bill was super helpful and knowledgeable. From the time we walked in to purchase, until the delivery (and pick up of his old mattress/box spring), Bill was wonderful. Genuinely some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. I’m grateful to have a small business nearby that I can give my business to, with easy access to great customer service. My son loves his new mattress, too. High quality and he’s never been more comfy.

This was my second purchase from Bill. He was very helpful in choosing a new bed and mattress set the first time, and now for a new mattress and box spring set. Bill is available to assist and is very customer-oriented. I'm quick to recommend Mattress Express.

Great selection and staff. Modern, classic. I was concerned that I might not find my style but they have so much selection that whatever you're looking for you'll likely find what you need. They deliver (for a fee), they'll assemble (for a fee). I looked online and they offer the same items at a reduced price! Not sure how they do it but worth a look.

I recently bought a dresser from this store, very nice for my bedroom. I accidentally got make up on it that I could not get off. I did not get a warranty on it unfortunately, but I called the store and they sent a technician over. Jamie came and fixed it for me! It's like brand new, I love it. He did a great job, amazing customer service!.

I have been a customer for over eight years. Every furniture in my home is from there. The owner is very nice and helpful. The guy Jorge and the girl is also helpful. They answer questions when ask. The store is very clean.
