Joe was wonderful and not super aggressive like many individuals in the car sales business. We appreciate how knowledgeable he is and the quick responses. One other item I would like to mention is while Toyota did not have the vehicle in stock, Joe went above and beyond to find a vehicle for us to test drive- that shows initiative! As someone who comes from customer service and management he is a keeper! Joe thank you for my new ride and for taking care of me- also putting a smile on my face this past Mother’s Day! 10/10 my sales guy was Diamantino and was he so genuine. He listens to what you want and makeshifts it to what you get. And the Sales manager Yimber, also a 10/10 he was such a sweet guy and both of them just gave a beautiful smile the whole time, every single one of the employees I encountered with during this experience gave top notch service, I couldn’t recommend going to Grieco Toyota more !! Also the actual dealership was super clean and with a friendly yet professional setup ! You will not be disappointed.
