I had a great experience! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Brian called first and gave me an approximate time he would be over. He was very friendly, professional and repaired my microwave with no problem. I will definitely use this company for all appliance repairs in the future. Very honest and trustworthy, which is hard to find these days. They made me feel like family. Thank you for kindness and exceptional service.

Aaron came out and had my washer fixed super quick. He was very polite and he didn't give off weirdo vibes so I was able to just keep doing what I was doing and didn't feel the need to watch him as he was in a different part of the house. Also, the receptionist who makes the appointments is funny and very nice. Washer is working great now!! Thanks A&E Appliance!!!

After a terrible experience with another repair company recommended by a manufacturer's service page, Detroit Appliance, LLC was a breath of fresh air. From the first phone call, scheduling and service we are 100% satisfied. Our technician, Dan, was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very friendly.

Gerald was a great service technician. Provided us with customer education regarding best practices to maintain appliances. Very knowledgeable!!!

Called the receptionist for dryer repair and she contacted the owner, Roger. He came out literally within the hour, while he was on his way to another appointment, and repaired the dryer. I can't say enough about how professional, kind, and efficient he was. Moving forward, this is the only company I will call for any repairs! Highly recommend!

Sebastian and Roger were amazing in customer service and helped out efficiently, They were on time for my repair for my washer THANK YOU GUYS!!
