Hector was my refrigerator technician. There was a buzzing noise driving me crazy & concern for faulty compressor per my internet searches. Nope. Hector found the Water Bug alarm, unplugged it, plugged it in again, and voila! No more buzzing!!! He checked the connectors & my previous replacement of the water filter & everything is fine! I appreciate the professionalism of this company and its technician, Hector. Thank you very much! Also, Oscar was my washing machine technician. He is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable.

Hector with Uptown Appliance just completed the repair on my Kitchenaid ice maker. It is working great. He was able to diagnose an issue that another company could not address. I would highly recommend him.

Kevin did a great job fixing my dryer. Parts were ordered, promptly received and promptly installed. Kevin, the repair tech, even showed me the worn out parts.

Parts were needed, and he did a diligent and efficient job of followIng through and getting everything fixed. Felix was very knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. Absolutely excellent! I had previously had another company attempt to fix my double ovens and they ended up ghosting me in the end, leaving me without working ovens! The communication, courtesy, and timeliness of same day was so wonderful. 10/10 recommend.
