I called ECH Appliance and they sent Art out the same day. He diagnosed my Samsung fridge issue in under 10 minutes—it was a faulty defroster causing the ice maker to constantly leak. He ordered the part and came back to fix it quickly. Art was super friendly, professional, and efficient. I’ve driven past their shop for years and finally had a reason to use them—so glad I did. Highly recommend!

Anthony was wondeful, very knowledgeable, and helpful. He was sent over to service our house are our oven shut down and he was very quick to find the problem, fix it, and recommend next steps. We would call again if we ever have any more appliance issues.
