I meant to do this sooner, however, Wildewood Downs is hands down the best retirement community I have ever visited. Their community events are truly an experience to attend everything is so well coordinated and entertaining not to mention the events seem to have been getting even better recently. From the staffs’ genuine compassion, kindness, care and to the residents’ liveliness and true enjoyment for life. I love ensuring my children to be well-rounded, respectful and encourage them to spend time/volunteer in the community with all ages. So, when we heard about The Easter Egg Hunt, we were excited to attend, and I am so glad we did. It was such an absolutely amazing experience for our family. I had the opportunity to meet and speak with the lovely Social Director, Christina and some of her staff during the event and it was evident that she is passionate about providing the residents with the most loving, cheerful, uplifting, encouraging and fun filled life experiences possible. Just Amazing! Thank you to all the staff and residents at Wildewood Downs. It was truly a pleasure being able to share such a wonderful festivity with you and I look forward to attending any future celebrations.

It was a year ago the Wildwood Downs Rehab facility section staff member provided care for my husband. We appreciate assistance from the therapists, Care Service members, nurses, social worker and Rosalyn Johnson, Admissions Coordinator. The staff, even personnel not mentioned, helped him to become mobile and to return home. Thanks for your timely services so he could meet his mobility goals. The Turners.

I absolutely love coming to Wildwood Downs not only are the facilities impeccable but the staff is amazing! Michelle Patterson (HR Director) is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable; she has a permanent smile on her face. You can tell people enjoy working there and are passionate about helping others.

FOREST LAKE MANOR REVIEWS

I Forest Lake Manor is a great place!! My mom has been living there for almost 5 years. She and we are very happy with all that goes on there. All the caregivers are kind and loving and professional. They are special people who have the calling to work with the elderly—which is very important to have!! The food is very good and plentiful. The cooks work with residents if the need a special diet which mom has needed from time to time. The activity director is always planning fun and unique activities and celebrations with decorations, special foods/treats, music, etc. the residents have exercise sessions, manicures, bus trips for ice cream and much more. All in all we are extremely pleased with our mom living at Forest lake manor!! Also the ladies and gentleman who answer the phone at the front desk are wonderful and help “watch over” the residents. They know each resident and their family and always have a friendly welcome when family comes to visit.

My sister has been a resident at Forest Manor for only about one month. She has a very rapid progressing form of dementia. At only 63 years old, it's extremely hard to watch her go through and not be able to visit as often as I'd like. On the trips we've made to see her, we've been warmly greeted by all staff and assured that she is being well taken care of. We even got a hug from one of her caregivers on our first visit when they saw us struggling to leave her. They keep the social media page full of pictures from their activities and it does my heart so much good to see her interacting. So far, I'm very impressed with Forest Lake Manor.

Our mother has been at Forest Lake Manor for almost three years. We have been pleased with the genuine concern shown by almost all of the staff during that time. Mother is very content there, and we are always made to feel welcome when we visit.

SPRINGTREE MANOR ASSISTED LIVING REVIEWS

First visit with Bowie the therapy dog.we intend to visit at least twice a month. Bowie loves visiting these types of facilities. He knows there are plenty of hugs and petting available. The facilities are well kept and are surrounded with a beautiful site .

The service has been wonderful for my grandmother- particularly BaDetra, Nekeisha, Iesha, Lolita, Bobbi, Tiny and Shay have all been extremely kind to my grandmother and treated her as their own. So thankful we found a place like Brookdale for her to call home.

Excellent facility. Great caregiving. Home-like atmosphere. Staff is very attentive to residents both in nursing & administrative capacities. Meals are well prepared & presented. My brother's health improved & thrived during his stay there to the point where he went on to leave & live independently once again. He and our family are very appreciative of the care he received at Brookdale.
