Yesterday I purchased my first ever new vehicle. I had a great experience at Midlands Toyota, the staff was friendly, helpful, and made me feel important. The sales person I was fortunate to work with was incredible. Elijah Black did a great job of listening to what I wanted, helping me order the truck I wanted and kept me informed on the progress. Elijah was easy to talk to and did not make me feel pressured into getting options I didn't want or need. After dealing with another local Toyota dealership and feeling like the sales person didn't want to be bothered with me because I didn't want to settle for what was on the floor, it was good to deal with Elijah. I expect to have my truck for sometime, but I recommend Midlands Toyota and especially Elijah Black to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle .

I was very pleased with my experience with the service department! I am not local to the area and blew a tire and damaged my wheel while driving at night. I was able to use the envelope key drop service to leave my car there after putting on a spare. Fortunately, they had a replacement tire and wheel in stock and repaired by car by lunchtime the next day! The convenience of the drop-off service, timely completion of work, and great communication from the service department turned this stressful experience into a positive one!
