I walked in and was greeted immediately which i appreciate being in sales myself. Paul listened to my needs and showed me what i came to see. Thankfully everything i wanted was actually in stock where i could see them. Paul presented the products to me, made suggestions and offered alternatives. Although i stayed with my selections, it was nice to be offered others because sometimes you just don’t consider some things which may be important. He was never pushy either and was easy to deal with. Delivery and setup is scheduled for a few days from now and hopefully that will go as well as the purchase. Christa Smith was a godsend with helping us pick out a couch. She went over and beyond, she drew up our living room and helped us figure out which side the chase should be on. She was also extremely knowledgeable on interior design as far as colors and whatnot as well as what type of material we should get for our pets. Overall a fantastic experience.
