My husband and I recently purchased a mattress from Best Mattress. I looked on their website first, and was able to tell the salesperson what line I thought would fit our budget when we arrived at the showroom. He was very respectful of that while showing us our options and explaining the differences, and never tried to up-sell us to a "fancier" line, which I greatly appreciated! The mattress was delivered on schedule, and I was contacted at all the times the salesperson told me we would be. The two men who delivered the mattress were very professional and competent. We received outstanding customer service while purchasing a very comfortable mattress, made right here in SC! That's an experience hard to beat.
I recently purchased a mattress from Best Mattress and it was a wonderful experience. Upon entering I didn't realize that it was a local business that hand built all of their own mattresses. I was greeted by Buddy and he walked me through my options. He had me try a handful of different beds, asked me what I liked and didn't like about each of them and then they crafted a bed that fit my sleeping profile. It took them 10 days to custom build it and deliver it. I can confidently say that it is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in.
