We went into Mattress Firm to just look at mattresses and having no idea what we were looking for. We talked to Terri and she was absolutely wonderful. She understood our likes and dislikes and found the mattress for us. She was very upbeat, friendly and personable. She new what she was talking about and the products they had. She made the whole process extremely easy and fairly quick. Next thing we knew we were paying for a mattress that gets delivered straight to our home with no extra costs. I definitely recommend.

Visiting Mattress Firm on Harbison Blvd was a great first time experience. My partner and I have been searching for a comfortable and reasonably priced bed for our new apartment. Upon arrival we were instantly greeted by a very helpful salesman named Richard. We told him our interests and our budget, and he considerably helped us find the mattress we desired. Richard was very nice and seemed very excited to help us. This was the mattress store experience my partner and I have encountered in our recent mattress search, we will definitely come back.

He was very respectful of that while showing us our options and explaining the differences, and never tried to up-sell us to a "fancier" line, which I greatly appreciated! The mattress was delivered on schedule, and I was contacted at all the times the salesperson told me we would be. The two men who delivered the mattress were very professional and competent. Logan stepped in and worked some serious mattress magic. He helped us get a custom-made mattress that is absolute perfection—comfort level: 10/10. The fact that they delivered it in just a week was the icing on the cake. Shout-out to the delivery team, who were super friendly and even made sure everything was set up just right. My husband, who has a bad back, is sleeping better than ever. Plus, Best Mattress is locally owned, and they make all their products right here, using recycled and natural materials when possible. The process of selecting a bed and understanding the features/ benefits was made easy with the team at Best Mattress. Knowing that our mattress would be made locally was a plus! We have had our bed now for over a month. So very comfortable and everything we wanted it to be. Knowing that they will come out and adjust the firmness, if needed, also a plus ( have not needed that though!).
