The Experience I had was Overwhelming, The Young Lady Courtney was not only Excellent she had a Positive Attitude towards me. When I walked in she greeted me, Within minutes she had me checked in and guided me to where my room was. The times for Pool, Breakfast and Bar and Especially Check out time. She was real Respectful when I called about my covers. The nice Housekeeper Night Guy who was also working with Courtney came ASAP to Assist with the Covers, he even Volunteered to make the bed over which was Very Helpful Overall this Hotel Stay Made my Daughters Birthday.

First impressions are the best and most rewarding when you come across a person like EJ. He checked us in on 5/16/25 and set the entire tone of our hotel stay! He oriented is in such a swift, laid back tone. Infectious smile and perfect personality! We thank you for setting the tone for the remainder of the stay. All staff was very friendly, clean atmosphere, smelled wonderfully and Tim kept the bar rolling! Again, thank you for a wonderful stay. I will definitely stay there again. Location is perfect.

What a beautiful property! Every single staff personnel I encountered was kind and helpful. The food was fabulous! The rooms really spacious, quiet, and clean! I enjoyed my stay.

I had a great stay at the Sheraton Downtown Columbia! The hotel has a nice blend of charm and modern comfort. I especially appreciated the nod to its history with the old vault martini bar—such a cool touch that adds personality to the place. The rooftop bar was a highlight with beautiful views and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for unwinding in the evening. Also, the 24-hour gym was a big plus for me—clean, well-equipped, and convenient for keeping up with my workout routine no matter the time. Overall, a well-rounded experience with thoughtful amenities and a great location.

Stayed at the Sheraton Downtown Columbia and really enjoyed the experience. The rooftop bar was definitely a highlight—great atmosphere, good drinks, and an awesome view of the city. I also liked the old martini bar downstairs; it gives the hotel a unique, nostalgic vibe you don’t see often. The 24-hour gym was a major plus too. It was well-maintained and made it easy to keep up with my fitness routine no matter what time I got in. Overall, a comfortable stay with some standout features. I’d stay here again for sure.

Spent the weekend at this hotel and it was just what I needed. The energy of the place is peaceful, like a soft reset for your soul. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel right at home. So friendly, so easy to talk to, and really helpful. I wish I could remember his name, maybe Louis? Amazing guy.
