Sylvan’s did an incredible job assisting me with all my jewelry needs. Phillip was extremely attentive and helpful when I arrived in hopes of shortening a tennis bracelet, and he took me through the entire process with great care. Hila did a fabulous job with the actual jewelry pieces. I cannot even tell where the links and diamonds had been removed! She crafted two gorgeous sets of studs for me with great precision. I am beyond pleased with the incredible team at Sylvan’s!

Excellent service. I was out of town and needed multiple watch batteries replaced. I called Sylvans and they said they could replace it. When I showed up I was greeted immediately and my watches were taken away. Within 15 minutes the batteries for all 3 watches were replaced and I was on my way. And the best part was they didn’t even charge me as it’s a service they provide to their customers. It’s a great location, even better service and an amazing selection of jewelry and watches.

I came for my watches to get them looked at and received more than I could have asked for in customer service experience. They were timely, reliable and accommodating. I would recommend coming to this establishment. Also, I would recommend you asking for Phillip Landry he will take good care of your family heirloom including pocket watches.

Yanira was super inviting and helpful. She greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and was super helpful while I was in store. She was super nice and definitely worth coming back into the Columbiana location alone!.

Amazing experience shopping at thos store when looking for a gift for my wife. The staff was incredibly helpful. Regina, Maggie and Zoe were all so helpful and friendly and helped me find the perfect pieces to add to her collection.
