3 Best Towing Companies in Columbia, SC

Generally, I am not a fan of towing companies. Staff is usually curt, condescending, and not at all helpful. I found this company to be the total opposite. Crystal, at the front desk, is the face of the company, the first person you see. She was helpful, compassionate, and showed empathy for our loss. She treated us like we were humans and not like a wrecked automobile with no value. We will definitely use Wingard Towing again and refer them. Thanks for all you do!!!

I had a stressful situation after a recent accident, and Wingard Towing Service really came through for me. Crystal was incredibly helpful and walked me through everything step by step, which made a tough several days so much easier. She was patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. Absolutely amazing company. Mike came out and hooked up my car in a flash and had me and my car back at home amazingly. Donna took my call to schedule my auto pickup & Bob from their Chapin location was prompt & knowledgeable. Good customer service isn't always easy to find these days, but both were courteous & super helpful. Will definitely call Wingards next time I need a tow. - Pat Reply

A driving mishap in front of our house and ended up with someone's minivan stuck in our shrubs. Alfonzo with Country Towing showed up. He had to get creative in removing the car w/o causing further damage to our front yard. Ended up with a chain saw trimming bushes that were in the way. An expert in hooking up the van and pulling it through a narrow garden area and no additional damage received. A job well done by Alfonzo!

First, I called my onstar. But for him (Nathan)the driver to respond as fast as he did. Not only that Nathan was very professional. I drive a dually with big custom wheels and he treated my truck very very respectfully. Also I left something in my truck and Nathan was nice enough to get it for and meet at a closer location than having to drive all the was to the dealership. Thanks Nathan I really appreciate everything bro.

My dad got an assistant from jay today. He was very professional and knew what he was going. He was awesome!!!! Kept us inform withe all the step. . Great service will recommend Jay again if possible .
