3 Best Apartments For Rent in Columbia, SC

I have been here a month and so far I love it! My area is quiet and safe. I love that there are well maintained walking trails all throughout the complex that lead into the Harbison walking trail. You are one turn away from Harbison Rec Center, which you get free access to. The leasing staff, Samoya and Leah, have been incredible to work with. They are kind and take my feedback seriously and handle it with professionalism and promptness. The maintenance staff, specifically the supervisor Marquise, has been incredible. I had a few minor issues when I moved in and they were resolved same day. Additionally, my water heater began to leak. Marquise came out the next day after offering to come that night at 10pm! and replaced the entire unit for me. That night I realized I had no hot water... Marquise drove back to my apartment close to midnight to resolve the issue so I could shower and sleep well. They have all been extremely respectful and kind to me. When they see me, they wave hello and goodbye. I personally really enjoy this community and the type of environment they are striving to maintain for their residents.

Samoya and Ashley were both very friendly. I was greeting as soon as I open the doors to the very pleasant smelling office. I was able to tour the model apartment I also expressed my concerns to Samoya about space and she made a phone call and took me to a vacant unit with no issue. She was very related and down to earth 10/10.

I toured here a few weeks ago and loved it! There are unique features to the apartment you don't find just anywhere. Not to mention it's close to many walking trails and in a great location. I'm excited to apply here!.

Fantastic location for Columbia, S.C., great amenities, lovely looking apartments and townhomes. My wife and I came from the D.C. area with no place to live real fast and they took us in and made the process extremely easy. Particularly, one individual Ms.Carey who I can’t thank enough for dealing with all the phone calls I made asking numerous questions. Her professionalism, devotion, and expertise towards our experience in renting here so much more easier. They were the only apartment complex in the area allow my service dog to live, A+ stuff.

These apartments are beautiful, I couldn’t have been happier with my choice in living here. The views alone are absolutely stunning! Everything I’ve had any issues with has been fixed the same week. The maintenance staff and front desk are great, they have a wonderful new property manager and Asia at the front desk was wonderful!! Very sweet staff.

As a resident, I’ve had a consistently positive experience thanks to the amazing staff here. To name a few; Carey, Asia, and Lauren have always gone out of their way to make sure I feel supported and heard. They’re always friendly, approachable, and quick to respond whenever I have a question or concern. Since I have been here they actively check in and make sure everything is going smoothly.The staff are amazing and are always willing to help.
