Vitality Living West End Richmond

This was our first tour and we enjoyed meeting with the Sales Manager who answered all of our many questions. She definitely eased many of my concerns about the tough decisions that must be made. I loved the genuine interaction between the staff and residents. The facility seemed homey and clean with a lot of activities to choose from.

Vitality West End Richmond had a beautiful campus and a beautiful lobby. The public areas were beautiful and very clean, with no odors. The rooms were larger and more accommodating. The staff was excellent, knowledgeable, and helpful. The dining area was beautiful and clean. They have a full schedule of activities. They had residents actively involved in activities. I like that they have a barbershop.

I have visited Vitality West End Richmond. The place was very clean, has a friendly staff, and the rooms look very well-maintained. It has a very open atmosphere for eating and socializing in the lobby area.
