The staff was incredibly polite, humble, and patient, taking the time to show us a wide variety of options that matched our style, design preferences, and budget. They thoughtfully presented choices within our budget, but also encouraged us to explore options slightly above our range, ensuring we found the perfect balance between value and quality. Their guidance helped us appreciate the true value of the furniture, and I ultimately decided to increase my budget based on their excellent recommendations. Despite visiting during the busy holiday period, the store managed to deliver the furniture on time as promised. The communication throughout the delivery process was clear and professional, and the delivery team was equally polite and humble, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. It’s Labor Day and I have been so blessed with the kindness of Susan and the staff at Value City. Quintera was super professional and very kind. They were all super supportive in helping Susan with my order and helping me with the items I could take out the store with me. I’ve been a lot of places to buy furniture, however the classy and professional definitely blessed my experience. I love my purchases. Grateful for the opportunity to shop with them.

The entire process from ordering to delivery was seamless. Yelena was patient and professional during the purchasing process, and Aaron and William were so friendly and polite today and arrived on time for the delivery and finished in a matter of minutes. I was very impressed with their professionalism and teamwork during the process.

Came in shopping for bedroom furniture. I was greeted by Rickie. He was awesome! I was amazed by his attentiveness and his product knowledge. When I had a question he couldn’t answer he brought over his manager Jordan. He was quick to answer and assist me in my specific requests. If you guys come her make sure you search out Rickie. Make sure you don’t leave without saying Hi to the manager Jordan. You will always be able to see him with his big smile! Will definitely be doing all my business here.

We came into Ashley’s on Broad St and Rickie greeted us nicely. I appreciate that he acknowledged us and let us know he was there if we had any questions. He allowed us the time and space to browse the store and find what we may be interested in without overwhelming us and pressuring us to buy. Once we found the mattress we were interested in he helped us and even was able to get us a nice promotion. Thank you for the amazing customer service.

My husband and I came in today to purchase recliners and we really had no idea exactly what we wanted, aside from comfort. DJ was was so patient, fun, and intuitive. He helped us pick the perfect pair of recliners (and was understanding when we wanted to change the order at the end because my hubby was indecisive). I recommend the entire staff at this store, but if you want a truly exceptional experience that feels effortless and empowering, be sure to ask for DJ! 10/10 I will be back for future furniture purchases from DJ.

Because of his non- pushy approach, we actually bought a few extra items in addition to our main purchase. Thank you Jay for a great shopping experience.

My experience going for a mattress, sofa and chair was great. Janet B greeted me as I came in and let me know she was available should I need her. She let me browse to my hearts content and when I was ready to talk to someone she was ready and very helpful. My furniture was delivered today as promised and they worked with me for a good time for delivery. I'm very pleased with my purchases. Thanks.

Haynes West End agents were remarkable. I saw an item online and had numerous questions. They not only answered my questions but follow-up to make sure I had my answers. Plus the payment process was great. Again the agent followed up. This was the best experience I had with a furniture company in years.
