Just wanted to share my awesome experience with Blue Ridge Custom Homes! Seriously, they're fantastic. It wasn't just the amazing house they built – the whole team was incredible from beginning to end. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Darren Grimes in estimating was great – he really listened to what we wanted and gave us a solid estimate. The final cost did go a little over, but some of that was our fault (oops!), and some was just unforeseen circumstances. Bobby Hanks knocked it out of the park with the house plans. They're exactly what we envisioned! Then we met Greg Miller at the site and he helped us pick the absolute perfect spot for the house – his advice was gold! Working with Megan Duncan on selections was a breeze. She's super organized and efficient – made the whole process so much easier. Brett Cline, the Production Manager, kept us in the loop about everything and helped us stay on budget. And Brandon Lunders, the Project Manager. He was amazing! Always available to answer our questions, and he even double-checked with us constantly to make sure we were happy with every detail. Couldn't have asked for a better project manager. Bottom line: Huge thanks to the entire Blue Ridge team for building our dream home! I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Blue Ridge Custom Homes did an excellent job on our home and truly went above and beyond to make the process go as smoothly as possible. We had an immediate need to build in a certain area, so they found the land and made it happen.
