3 Best Car Repair Shops in Richmond, VA

My transmission gave out while is was visiting Richmond. It required replacement. I was on the fence about whether or not I wanted to invest in such a large expense on this vehicle. Williams didn't rush me or push me to make a hasty decision, but instead gave me time to consider my choice. I finally decided to go ahead with the replacement. When I approved the estimate they got the job done quickly. It runs great. Feels like it did before it started having problems. They were professional, courteous, patient and did great work. I would use them again and definitely recommend them.

Second time coming here for auto repair. I love how polite and professional the staff is and how they breakdown cost estimates before they begin their work. Five stars across the board. They were incredibly transparent during the entire process. An issue we thought was going to be extremely expensive and out of my range they managed to find an alternative solution for cheaper. Will definitely be bringing my vehicles here going forward.

Cloverleaf way exceeded my expectations, with me not living in Richmond and having 2 children that do it make me weary of shops that I’ve not had experience with. My oldest found Cloverleaf a little while back and has had them do a few repairs for him and he recommended them to me when the water pump started leaking on my other son’s Audi. I contacted them and they were happy to look at it so we dropped it off, I am very pleased with the friendliness and communication with me during the process. I was even impressed with the price since it is a very labor intensive job. We were visiting from out of town and were planning on driving back home when one of our tires was punctured and went flat. I called Cloverleaf Tire & Auto first thing the next morning. They got our van into their shop within an hour, installed new tires, and got us on the road very quickly. Everything was affordable and prompt. All the staff were professional, kind and courteous.
