We had the best experience at Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Richmond, on Midlothian Turnpike! We went in looking for a new SUV for our family and Jerry was our salesman. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! He made sure that we got exactly what we wanted and worked with us throughout the entire process, answering any questions or concerns that we had. I believe her name was Candice in the finance department, who was also great to work with. She was very informative, helpful and fast! The process was quick and smooth and we were able to drive off the lot with our brand new 2024 Ford Expedition Max, Limited edition! I absolutely LOVE the color and everything about our new SUV. Thank you Jerry, we appreciate all your help.

Enjoyed a great car buying experience with Mike McMillen and the West Broad Honda team earlier this week. All questions answered, forms clearly explained. Smooth and efficient process from start to finish. Said a fond farewell to my 2016 Honda Odyssey and hello to my 2025 Honda Accord Hybrid. I can offer my highest recommendation.

The entire purchase experience was great. My Sales Consultant, Mr. Kevin Smith is knowledgeable and experienced. His friendly nature, and professionalism is second to none. Kevin is a class act from beginning to end. Thoroughly pleased with the entire experience Ken Johnson.

Had the pleasure to work with Kevin Smith and he was super chill and helped us get our family in a great “new to us” odyssey. 10/10 would recommend.

Had an awful first time buying experience, was called by Tom soon after I complained about not being attended to and the Porsche not being free of any issues. They made me an incredibly generous offer and I accepted. To this day, my colleagues do not believe what a deal I was given. They showed true customer support and satisfaction.

So far so good since I become a customer. Love the inspections they do during oil change to ensure my BMW is doing well. A Quick hand wash of the vehicle would have been a fine touch to tickle me around the holidays but all good! Thank you.

Great buying experience from beginning to the end. Jacky was transparent throughout the process and went above and beyond taking care of us. He is highly recommended.
