If you are considering purchasing blinds or window treatments, I recommend Mann Kidwell. This is a local company that has been servicing Richmond for over twenty years. They offer a wide selection of products that you can see in their showroom. I recently purchased two Rodery shades. The owner came to my house and measured my windows. The man who installed them was professional knowledgeable and courteous. You can depend on great customer service to answer your questions. The pricing was reasonable(compared to a competing company) I'm very pleased with my new shades.

Absolutely the best! The customer service is amazing! We installed our plantation shutters about 5 years ago and they still look and function perfectly. I’ve recommended them to several friends. More recently, we have 3 rough housing kids and one of the shutters lost a little staple. Holly at the front desk helped me find a replacement part and even sent it to me in the mail when I forgot to pick it up! You rarely get that kind of service from anyone anymore, and it means a lot.

My entire experience with Mann Kidwell was wonderful. The showroom staff were genuinely interested in helping me choose the best window treatments for my sun room and master bathroom. Andrew came to my home soon after my visit and took accurate measurements. The installation staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company in the future and I highly recommend Mann Kiddwell for interior window treatments.

The shutters are made by Shenandoah Shutters locally. Marcia was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the product and her recommendations. The hidden hinges we a real plus. The installation was perfect and the installers were professional and obviously very experienced. A+++ experience.

Absolutely outstanding. Shenandoah installed plantation shutters in a few rooms of our home. The shutters are well built, solid, sturdy, and beautiful. Every employee and technician with whom we interacted at Shenandoah was professional, reliable, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Shenandoah made sure that we understood that they appreciated our business, all the way to the end when they gave us a nice customer appreciation gift of Virginia peanuts! That kind of customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! They have a quality product and everyone I worked with (sales, admin, and installers) was friendly and helpful. My salesperson was Marcia. She is experienced, knowledgeable and has an awesome personality. Ask for her.

Great experience working with this Company!! Professional, scheduling was very open to my time frame and my shutters are beautiful!! I had to order 4 new shutters to replace 2 windows that had broken and match to the remaining shutters that had been painted. Match was perfect!! Also installed fan shutters at the top of my oval windows which look Gorgeous.

I could not be happier with my beautiful new shutters. The Shutter Company was extremely professional and helpful to me from start to finish. This was my second experience with this company and I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with the Shutter Company. I recommend them for the quality of their products (I purchased shutters and blinds), their awesome installation and wonderful customer service. I wish all companies operated this way.
