I recently made a purchase at Finks on Broad and had an exceptional experience, specifically thanks to Irina! She was wonderful to both me and my mother, patiently allowing us to browse and try on various pieces to find the perfect one. Her kindness, attentive service, and exceptional knowledge made the entire experience memorable. Thanks to Irina, I was able to select a timeless piece of jewelry that I absolutely love. We will definitely be returning to this Finks in the future to work with Irina!! 10/10 experience.

Had a phenomenal experience at this Fink’s and I highly recommend visiting this store. They had a very robust selection of Tudors, Tags, Breitling, and Rolex watches. I worked with Kyle on picking out a Tudor watch, and he was very pleasant, friendly, and not the least bit pushy. He was willing to go the extra mile to make sure my experience was enjoyable. I also chatted with Dave during my first visit and he was also great and very knowledgeable. Both super down to earth gentlemen. Also love the fact that they have an off-duty LEO working as security.

Finks is the only jeweler in Virginia that will get my business! Family owned with a deep lineage of experience. Honesty, service, consistency and high quality standards are just a few of the criteria where they score highly. Nicola found us the perfect engagement ring in 2024 and now my first luxury watch. I was doing some spring cleaning this morning and came across my beloved grandma's watch. Nostalgia came across me so I decided to get a new battery and start wearing it. Being semi new to Richmond I googled watch repairs and found Schwarzschild on Cary St. The staff was welcoming from the minute I was in the store. Jerome was wonderful. He had a keen eye for the details of the watch. We got to talking, I told him it was my grandma's watch and he guessed the piece of jewelry was around 30 years old! Jerome cleaned up the watch along with the new battery. Looks beauitful and I was grateful to be able to think if my grandna. Very simple but very special day. Thanks again.

Fantastic customer service and a huge selection of stunning watches and jewelry, including one-of-a-kind estate pieces. Other retailers could learn a thing or two from the stellar Schwarzschild experience. No pun intended, this place is truly a gem.
